LA POPSI Fruit, nut, and honey bars

We’ve always been obsessed with snacks, and cereal bars with nuts are one of our favorite on the go snacks.  This is a snack that you can always have with you, especially when your sugar level drops. But what to do when most snacks have so much added white sugar? Well, when we have time, we make these snacky bars ourselves and control our sugar intake.

What do you need?

150 g
nuts (peanuts, pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts...)

tablespoon of coconut oil,
150 g
honey,
1

How to make

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper. It is very important to grease the baking paper well with coconut oil.

Arrange the nuts and La Popsi Bon Bon on the baking paper in the baking tray. Heat the honey to a boil and let it boil for 3 minutes. Spread it over nuts and La Popsi Bon Bon.

Place the tray in the oven and bake for 25 to 35 minutes. The longer you bake, the harder and crispier the bars will be. If you prefer softer and sticky ones, take them out of the oven after 25 minutes.

Let them cool, cut them to the desired size and take them with you on the road.
