250 ml of cream (coconut or regular)
small packet of agar-agar
First, whip the cream until firm. Dissolve one La Popsi Mango or Mango Sorbet in a bowl and add agar agar (according to the manufacturer's instructions).
When everything has cooled a little, add the mixture to the cream and beat everything until smooth.
Divide the mousse into glasses and place them in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
When the mousse has cooled, add a dollop or two of Mango Sorbet on top. Enjoy!.
